Who is PLEATED? 

We bring modern, contemporary fashion concepts to uniforms that push your brand DNA forward using my unique experience of growing up in Hong Kong, gaining my Master’s in Fashion in London, and now 15 years of living and designing in New York City.

PLEATED was born from those years of luxury hospitality uniform design work. We offer full-service hospitality apparel designs in the luxury space - from the initial design consultation, to sketches, creating samples, all the way through production of the actual pieces and delivery. Classic approach - design forward results.

I’m bringing my fashion forward design style, production management skills, and direct-to-factory relationships to my clients. With PLEATED and my previous roles I’ve designed projects and opened hotels from Boutique to City to Resort: Auberge Hotels, Four Seasons, Aman New York, The Jefferson, Saga NY, Jean Georges, Altamarea Group, RH Guesthouse, Waldorf Astoria, The Hay-Adams, Public Hotel, and more.
